Takeoffs You Can Trust
Our modeling process is built on years of earthwork takeoff experience developed in close coordination with engineers and estimators. This background has allowed us to refine our methods for accuracy, consistency, and constructability. We deliver clear, well-structured reports designed for efficient review and field use, and we work closely with our customers during and after project completion to verify quantities and validate results against actual site conditions.
Built From Experience
Work Scope - There is no need to explain every detail. Based on the plan set, we can typically determine the required scope and understand how the project is intended to be built without extensive back-and-forth.
Custom Approach - Reporting is customized to each project based on what we see in the plans. Years of field and takeoff experience allow us to anticipate how the work will be performed and present the information you need before you ever step into the drawings.
Recommendations - As the takeoff is developed, we provide recommendations on the most effective ways to present quantities and data for clarity, review, and field use.
Standard Deliverables
Earthwork Report - This report is built on over 20 years of hands-on earthwork takeoff experience. It is not simply a software-generated output, but a carefully developed, custom report designed for clear review and practical use. The structure of the report also allows us to cross-check and validate the raw quantity data before it is delivered.
Cut / Fill Map - A graphical map illustrating the difference between the existing stripped surface and the proposed subgrade surface. Custom color ranges are used to improve readability and reduce visual strain when reviewing the data.
Detention Report - When quoting the takeoff, we account for the additional analysis required for detention systems. Each underground detention system is evaluated individually and documented in a detailed, project-specific report.
